低合金高强度钢45CrMoNiV的微结构研究

摘  要:研究了在几种热处理状态下45CrMoNiV 高强度钢中残余奥氏体 A_R 量的变化和残余奥氏体的颗粒大小。穆斯堡尔谱法表明淬火态有7.3%的 A_R,一次回火后 A_R 下降为~5%,二次回火后下降为零。把二次回火后的试样作为 A_R 的标样,认为它的饱和磁化强度近似等于100%马氏体的饱和磁化强度。磁性法得到的 A_R 量随热处理状态变化的规律,与穆斯堡尔谱法得到的基本一致。利用测淬火态穆斯堡尔谱的样品在两个较高水平的 X 射线实验室测量,结果没有看到 A_R的标识线条。这些结果说明45CrMoNiV 钢在本研究所采用工艺下,淬火态的 A_R 是非常细小的,估计粒度基本在200nm(2000(?))以下。10nm(100(?))以下的粒子,当占 A_R 含量中的较大部分。The percent change and grain sizes of retained austenitc(A_R)in45CrMoNiV alloy structural steel in several heat treated states have been in-vestigated quantitatively.It has been proved that A_R decreases to about 5%after once tempering and to 0% after twice tempering from 7.3% A_R of quen-ched state by M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy method(MSM),The changing charac-ters of A_R with the heat treated states such as tempering acquired by Magn-etic Method(MM)are in coincidence with the results of MSM if the sampleafter twices tempering is adopted as standard sample(0%A_R)and its satura-tied magnetization is regarded as the same for 100% martensite.Characteristicspectra lines of 7.3% A_R MSM sample(ie.sample in quenched state)were notobserved in two independent X-ray laboratories.These results prove that A_R inquenched sample of 45CrMoNiV steel which is treated with technologies repo-rted in this paper is so fine that the range of grain sizes is primarily under200 nm(2000(?)),and the main part of grain sizes is under 10nm(100(?)).
