EXTENSION OF SOLID SOLUBILITY INDUCED BY MECHANICAL ALLOYING IN Fe-Cu SYSTEM

摘  要:X射线衍射(XRD)表明室温下几乎不固溶的Fe—Cu系经5h球磨后可形成亚稳过饱和固溶体.对于Fe_(1-x)Cu_x,当0≤x≤0.10时形成单一的bcc相,x≥0.30时形成单一的fcc相,0.10<x<0.3时bcc与fcc相共存。对成分为Fe_(60)Cu_(40)球磨样品进行的差热分析(DTA)表明,γ—Fe(Cu)向α—Fe(Cu)的相转变约在670℃时发生,高分辨电镜(HREM)观察到α与Cu相间有K—S取向关系,表明γ→α的转变为马氏体型相变。At room temperature Fe and Cu form almost no solid solution in equilibrium phase diagram but X-ray diffraction and DTA show that the metastable Fe_(1-x)Cu_x supersaturated solid solution can be obtained after 5 h of ball-milling of the mixed Fe and Cu powders. The bcc phase is extended over the region with x≤0.10, while the fcc phase with x≥0.30. For 0.10<x<0.30, the mixed phase of bcc and fcc may be co-existed. The DTA curve of Fe_(60)Cu_(40) after ball-milling 60 h exhibits that the transformation of γ→ α-Fe(Cu) occurred at about 670℃. The K-S orientation relationship between α-Fe(Cu) and Cu(Fe) has been observed by HREM and proved that the transition of γ→α-Fe(Cu) is martensitic.
