摘  要:利用X射线衍射、透射电镜及Mossbauer谱技术研究了Fe—Cu-Si-B纳米晶合金的相组成、析出相形貌。Crystallization phases, morphologies, and electronic structures, as well as the distribution of metalloid atoms in the nanocryatalline Fe-Cu-Si-B alloys were studied by means of XRD, TEM and TMES. The lattice constants of α-Fe(Si) in the alloys may reduce obviously with the growth of grains. The B atoms in the alloys exist in two states and they re- main unchanged in feature as grain growth; while Si atoms occur short range order and it changes over the grain growing.
