摘  要:总结了提高弥散强化铜合金强度的几种方法 ,并对其强化机理进行了分析。得出结论是 :第二相强化的效果最好 ,是制备高强高电导率材料最理想的方法。弥散强化铜的强度主要和基体及弥散相的本性、含量、大小、分布、形态以及弥散相与基体的结合情况有关 ,也与成形工艺有关 。This paper, having summarized some kinds of method to heighten the intension of the disperson-strengthened copper alloy and analysed its reinforced mechanism, has come to the conclusion: PhaseⅡhas the best reinforced effect, being the most favorable way to produce the strengthened and conductive material. The strength of disperson-strengthened copper is related to its matrix, to the nature, content, size, distribution, shape, as well as the combination condition of the dispersion phase and matrix, and the forming technology. In which the option of the dispersion phase is top important.
