颅骨凹陷骨折成型骨瓣整复器及医用胶治疗颅骨凹陷骨折(附25例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨颅骨凹陷骨折的手术治疗方法。方法　应用自行设计的颅骨凹陷骨折整复器及医用胶治疗颅骨凹陷骨折 2 5例。结果　骨折完全解剖复位或恢复原有球弧形 2 1例。 4例骨折整复 ,但骨瓣破裂 ,需人为镶嵌 ,用医用耳脑胶 (EC)粘合后回置。凹陷骨折下存在的并发症全部手术中探查处理。全组无感染 ,切口愈合好。术前存在的神经损伤症状 ,均在手术后获治愈。随访 9例 ,时间 6个月～ 1年 ,X线片显示骨折愈合。结论　颅骨凹陷骨折成型骨瓣整复器整复术能恢复颅骨原有解剖形状 ,解除脑受压 ;有效的探查处理凹陷骨折下并存的病变 ;尽可能保持颅骨完整性 ,避免造成颅骨缺损。医用耳脑胶 (EC)能粘合骨折整复后的骨瓣破裂 。Objective To explore a surgical therapy on depressed fracture of the skull.Methods A self designed 'plasticizing instrument' for depressed fracture of skull and the rapid curing medical adhesive products were used in surgical treatments of 25 patients with depressed fracture of skull.Results In all patients, their depressed fracture were replaced to normal or almost normal by this operative procedure. No infections. After a 1 year follow up, X ray exam showed that skull fractures were cured in 9 patients. Conclusion Having a good plastic effect and no complication,a simple procedure ,it is ideal that treat patients with depressed fracture of for depressed fracture of skull.by our self designed 'plasticizing instrument' and the rapid curing medical adhesive products.
