摘　　要：中国共产党 83年来的理论创新和具体实践 ,其关键在于与时俱进 ,核心是坚持党的先进性 ,本质在于执政为民 ,灵魂在于创新。在中国共产党奋斗的历史长河中 ,无时不在创新。Taking a broad view of seek of theoryt and concrete practice about Chinese Commnisty Party in the past 83 years,we have realized that the key of them lies in racing with time,the core depeneds on persisting in the party's advanced character,the essence lies in being in power for the people,the soul depends of innovation.Innovation has accompanied the party's process of striveing.The party has looked on practice as resource of theory development,observing new problems,researching new cases,beating with the pulse of the times,answering the task of times.No spirit of innovation,No development of society.
