摘　　要：在地势陡峭,场地狭窄有限的情况下,由于拱矢距较大,不可能整片梁进行预制,而是用悬链线方程理论知识计算,把箱梁分成若干段,用控制其每段坐标的方法进行预制,达到了占地少,降低矢距,成批生产的目的。为同类箱梁预制施工提供了逐段分解的方法、相对坐标控制计算等理论依据。Under the circumstances of precipitous terrain, narrow and limited construction site, the wholegirder can't be precasted for long arch rise distance, so calculating with catenary equation theoryknowledge, dividing box girder into several sections to precast with the method of controlling its everysection coordinate. The method realized the aim of less occupation area, lowering rise distance and batchprocess, and supplied the theory basis of divided sections method and relative coordinate controllingcalculating, etc. for the same kind of box girder precasting.
