摘　　要：物流园区建设的成败,是我国现代物流业健康、快速发展的关键,因此,探索物流园区的规划建设具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以广州为例,在对广州市物流园区建设现状分析的基础上,参考国外物流园区的建设,从统筹规划、园区数量及规模、园区内部规划、开发模式等问题入手来探讨物流园区的规划建设,以期为我国方兴未艾的物流园区建设提供有益的借鉴。The success of logistics park construction is a key to the healthy and fast development of Chinese modern logistics. Hence, it is of practical significance to explore the issues on the planning and construction of logistics parks. Guangzhou was chosen as a case study in this paper. Based on the analysis of current situation of logistics park constructions in Guangzhou, consulting foreign countries' experience of logistics park constructions, this paper explores the issues on logistics park planning and construction from several aspects, i.e. planning as a whole, the amount and scale of parks, the inner planning of parks and developing modes, and aims to provide some useful insights into the logistics park constructions, which are just in the ascendant in China.
