地氯雷他定治疗56例慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效 ;方法采用开放式临床验证的方法 ;结果治疗观察 5 6例 ,显示瘙痒消退率 98.97% ,红斑消退率 98.82 % ,风团消退率 97.6 4% ,皮肤划痕征 10 0 %。结论地氯雷他定是一种治疗慢性荨麻疹有效的药物 ,且无明显的不良反应。The purpose: observe the curative effects of using desloratadine to cure chronic hives;The method: adopt the method of open clinical verification; The result : After curing and observing fifty cases, it shows that the rate of itch disappearance is 98%; the rate of erythema disappearance is 99%;wheal disappearance 97%; dermatographism disappearance 100%.Conclusion :Desloratadine ia an effective drug for curing chronic hives without obvious side effects.
