摘　　要：通过梳理城市规划的各种手法和思想,把现代的城市规划理念归结为四条:人文关怀、历史文化艺术的继承与张扬、城市个性构建、城市环境保护和可持续发展。分别介绍了它们的来源及内涵,阐述了一些优秀应用实例和手法。By analyzing various thoughts andtechniques of urban planning, the modern plan-ning notions can be summarized as four points,including the humanity concern, the inheritingof historical culture, the construction of urbancharacter as well as the urban environment pro-tection and sustainable development. Based onthis, the author also makes a particular researchon the origins and connotations of the notions,and gives some good examples on how to applythem.
