摘　　要：在市场经济中,利率机制在实现国内和国际收支平衡以及保证资金的有效分配、影响可用于投资资金的需求和供给、影响经济组织的投资和消费决策等方面发挥着重要作用。我国应进一步改革利率机制,使其充分发挥调节国民经济结构和引导资金投向、调节社会总供需平衡、市场货币流通量及信贷资金供求,促使社会资源合理配置的功能。改革的方向是逐步实行利率市场化。In market economy,the effect of interest mechanism to domestic and international bal- ance of payment and to ensure the effective distribution of funds can play an important role in the demand and supply of investment funds of economic entities and the decision-making of consumption. Interest mechanism should be further reformed in our country to unleash its functions of regulating the national economic structure, leading the orientation of invest- ment, balancing the aggregate supply and demand of goods, regulating the circulation of money in the market and the supply and demand of credit funds and thus enabling the ratio- nal deployment of social resources. The orient of interest mechanism is the gradual commer- cialization of interest rate.
