摘　　要：依法执政是中国共产党在执政时期实现执政为民的基本途径和保障,依法执政就是通过法律的形式将人民的意志上升为国家意志,获得至高无上的地位和强制力的保障,使人民的政治、经济和文化等权益得以实现。为此,必须完善法律体系,提高立法质量,树立法律尤其是宪法的权威,加强对权力的制约。To govern the country according to law means to consider people's will as high as the country's will in terms of law and thus provide people with supreme position and coercive protection and realize their political, economic and cultural rights and interests. It is the basic way and guarantee for the Chinese Communist Party to achieve the goal of governing the country for the sake of the people. Therefore, we should improve the legal system, upgrade the legislation quality, respect the authority of law, and especially the authority of the constitution, and reinforce the restriction of power.
