补肾填精法防治绝经后骨质疏松症的实验研究

摘　　要：将60只雌性 SD 大鼠随机分为6组,(双侧切除卵巢4组,2组不切除卵巢为对照组)分别给予雌激素和补肾填精中药观察骨力学强度、股骨的骨矿物质的含量,及胫骨组织超微结构变化,结果证实。60 female SD rats were divided randomly into 6 groups(ovariotomies were taken in 4 groups,no operations in 2 groups as control).Estrogen and kidney-tonifying and essence-replenishing prescrip- tion were given respectively to observe the changes of mechanical intensity of the bone,mineral content of the femur and ultrastruture of the tibia.The results showed that kidney-tonifying and essence-replen- ishing prescription could delay the development of osteoporosis after menopause.
