摘　　要：介绍了项目后评价的内容、目的、方法 ,简述了屋顶通风器的构造、性能特点及使用方法 ,提出了对屋顶通风器进行后评价的意义 ,同时通过对应用屋顶通风器工程的施工工艺、投资效益、使用效果、可持续性、全寿命费用和价值系数等与传统矩形通风天窗以及屋顶通风机的对比分析 ,发现屋顶通风器具有投资少、施工方便、不耗电、运行经济、安全可靠、利于健康、管理简便、排风效果好等诸多优点 。Content,purpose and method of post evaluat ion are introduced.The structure,function and using method are briefly pointed o ut.The sense of the post evaluation to top ventilator is proposed.By analyzing the construction process and the investment benefit,the using effect and sustena bility,the life cycle cost and value coefficient of the engineering using top ve ntilator,it is discovered that the top ventilator of high factory room is w ith good effect of natural ventilation,and its spreading application will be wit h good economical and social benefit.
