摘　　要：针对智能化住宅建设中涉及到土建、装饰、空调、给排水、供电、照明、电梯、智能化系统等施工的特点 ,详细地研究了智能化住宅建设中施工管理的全过程。在工程实施的全过程中 ,无论是规划、设计、施工、承包商进场甚至某些零部件的外加工 ,均应在一条主线的引导下 ,进行实时控制。在实施过程中 ,对相应的承接方及时给出信息使之适应变化。小区智能化住宅建设成败的关键之一 ,在于工程实施过程的项目管理 。All process of the proj ect construction in the intelligent residence building is studied in details,and many speciality characteristics,such as the constructions,the dec orates,the air conditionings,the water supply and drainage,the power supply,the lighting,the l ifts and the intelligent systems are pointed out.The programming,design,construc tion and contrac tor entering into the area,even the process of some accessories,should be contro lled in time with the lead of a main line in the process of a project constructi on.We should timely give the corresponding receivers some information,so they co uld adapt the pace of the changes.One of the keys that decide the successful con struction of the intelligent residential area is the project management in the p rocess of a project construction.The strict project management is the basic guar antee of building a good intelligent residential area.
