摘　　要：目前项目管理的成熟度评估多为离散的定性方法,很难精确评估出总体成熟度。本文采用多级模糊综合评估方法,构建了完整的成熟度评估模型,并采用两种模糊算子进行比较计算,结果非常接近,证明了评估的精确性和有效性,从而使成熟度的量化评估成为可能。At present most evaluation methods of the project management maturity are dispersed qualitative,therefore the maturity of the whole is difficult to be assessed. This paper adopts multi-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, constructs complete maturity assessment and makes comparative calculations by means of two operators,consequently the results are very near, which proves its accuracy and efficiency so as to make this quantification assessment possible
