摘　　要：在特殊的历史背景影响下,阿尔都塞把意识形态与科学完全对立起来,并在此基础上提出马克思主义是"理论反人道主义"。他认为,马克思早期著作属于意识形态,因而是人道主义的,而其成熟时期的著作则是科学的,因而是反人道主义的。但是阿尔都塞并没有否认意识形态存在的必要性,指出了其在实践中的重要意义。Under the influence of the special historical background, Altusser oppoeed the ideology and the science. On the basis of which, Altusser brought forward that the Marxism was an anti - humanist theory. He thought the works written in Marx's carly period belonged to the ideology, so they were a kind of humanist theory. And the works written in Marx's mature period belonged to science, so they were a kind of anti- humanist theory. However, Altusser did not deny the existing necessity of the ideology, and indicated its importance in practice.
