摘　　要：本文从房地产业发展、住宅智能化技术进步的角度,分析了住宅燃气、水、电、热自动计费抄收系统发展趋势以及目前存在的问题,并提出了该项技术在住宅建设工程中应用的建议。This text is based on the development of real eatate industry, technologi-cal progress of intelligent residence,analysses the development trend and existing prob-lems of automatical charge system for housing gas , water , electric heating,puts for-ward the suggestion that this technology uses in the construction project of the house。
