摘　　要：本文介绍了可实现对仪器程控的标准通用语言SCPI ,并以自研制的 95 0 0示波器自动检定系统为例 ,介绍了SCPI语言在实现仪器程控方面的应用。The paper introduced the SCPI Language which is standard commands for programmable instruments, and the application in programmable instruments, 9500 oscilloscope automated calibration system that is prepared by ourselves is given as an example.
