摘　　要：本文首先介绍了“准三维”渗流系统的数值模拟模型,并为该模型提出了一种联立同步解法。然后,建立了“准三维”渗流系统的目标规划管理模型,并将响应矩阵法拓展到“准三维”渗流系统,用以连接该系统的模拟模型和管理模型。最后,通过一个实例,说明了上述理论和方法的应用。This paper firstly introduces a numerical simulation model of Pseudo-3-D seepage system and presents a simultaneous synchronous solution for it. Then, the goal planning management model for the pseudo-3-D seepage system is established and the response matrix method is extended to this system for linking the simulation model and the management model of the system. Finally, a case history is presented for illustrating the applica(?)icn of the above-stated theory and method.
