摘　　要：村民自治作为农村村民依法自主地管理本村经济和社会事务的基层民主制度,在我国农村法制建设中处在一个举足轻重的地位。目前我国已基本上形成了一个以宪法为基础,以村民委员组织法为核心,以法规、规章和其他规范文件为补充的较为完善的村民自治的法律体系。但在法律体系结构、相关法律、法规和规章的内容、形式等方面,还是存在缺陷和不足的,影响了村民自治的健康发展,因此必须修订、规范和完善村民自治的法律制度,保障村民自治的健康发展。Villager's autonomy,the basic democratic system in which villagers manage village economy and social affairs by themselves in accordance with the laws,plays an important role in the construction of our rural laws.At present our country has basically formed a comparatively consummate law system of villager's autonomy which is based on constitution,regarding villagers' committee member's rules of organization as the core,and supplemented by laws,regulations,and other rules.However, in terms of legal system structure,relevant laws, contents and forms of the regulations and rules,there are still defects and deficiencies which have influenced the sound development of villager's autonomy.So we must revise,standardize and perfect the legal system of villager's autonomy so as to ensure the sound development of villager's autonomy.
