铸铁光谱标准样品均匀性检验的一些体会

摘　　要：通过对铸铁光谱标准样品均匀性检验过程中出现问题的分析,提出对含有易偏析元素的铸铁光谱标准样品的均匀性检验应进行必要的深度分析,同时建议在铸态光谱标准物质证书中对可保证均匀性的厚度做出说明。From the fault resulted from homogeneity testing of solid cast iron samples,it is found that it is necessary to do some deep analysis during homogeneity testing of sample,especially for those cast iron that contains light elements or elements easy to segregate.The depth of the sample that can ensure homogeneity should be noted in the certificate of cast iron standard sample for spectrometric analysis.
