摘　　要：目的　探讨在颜面以外的部位寻找合适的供皮瓣区修复鼻尖、鼻小柱缺损。方法　采用示指固有动脉指背皮瓣和前臂逆行桡动脉皮支皮瓣两种手术方法 ,修复 7例鼻尖、鼻小柱缺损。结果　所有皮瓣均成活良好 ,通过 1～ 4年的随访 ,外形良好 ,皮瓣色泽、质地和周围正常皮肤十分接近。结论　采用示指固有动脉指背皮瓣和前臂逆行桡动脉细小皮支皮瓣修复鼻尖、鼻小柱畸形 ,避免了在颜面部遗留明显的继发畸形 ,后期多无需去脂 ,较易被患者接受。Objective To seek new skin flap donor sites beyond face to repair deformity of nose. Methods Seven patients underwent reconstruction of nasal tips and columellae with dorsal forefinger sk in flap based on proper palmar digital artery and reverse forearm skin flap base d on tiny cutaneous branches of radial artery. Results Al l flaps survived. Similar external appearance in color and texture compared with adjacent normal skin was achieved for 1～4 years follow-up. Conclus i on Remarkable advantage without second deformity in face is archeive d due to contribution of skin flap. These two methods of correction can be more acceptible by patients than usual ones.
