心率对儿童血压的影响

摘　　要：抽样调查了杭州市下城区3962名6～14岁儿童的血压及心率,经直线回归,收缩压、舒张压均与心率显著正相关;血压值第90百分位数以上者的心率明显大于第10百分位数以下者;30s心事大于(等于)50次者血压明显高于心率小于50次者,前者高血压检出率为9.10％,后者为5.48％,差异极显著(P<0.005).心率增快可能与交感神经敏感有关,是原发性高血压的早期表现之一。A sampling survey was carried out to investigate the blood pressures and heart rate of 3962 children from 6 to 14 years in Xiacheng town, Hangzhou city. Linear regression analyses showed that both systolic and dias- tolic blood presures bave significant positive correlation with heart rate. The heart rate of the subjects whose values of blood pressures were above the 90th percentile was significantly higher than that of those whose values were under the 10th percentile. It was also shown that the difference in blood pressures was significant between the children whth≥50 heart beats per 30 seconds and those with<50. Incidence rate of hypertension was q. 10％ in former group, where as 5.48％ in latter (P<0.005). The study suggested that the enhance- ment of heart rate may result from sympatheticotonia and may be an early sign of primary hypertension.
