摘　　要：本文描述了一种新的以电视作为接收终端的基于视频叠加技术的智能小区信息接收系统,提出了系统的网络实现方案,详细讨论了视频叠加技术的实现原理和以微控制器及专用视频叠加控制芯片(OSDC)MB90092为核心的信息接收控制器的硬件电路和软件系统的设计。A novel short message system in the intelligent community based on the video-overlapping technology, using TV as the receiving terminal,is proposed in this paper.The network scheme of the system is presented, and the principle of the video-overlapping technology is discussed in detail in the paper,as well as the hardware and software design of the system which employs MCU (microcontroller) and OSDC (On-Screen Display Controller) MB90092.
