人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用效果。方法对护理人员的需求现状进行调查和分析。满足护理人员的素质教育,解决人力问题、进修学习和奖金待遇的需求。结果护士的主动服务意识加强;病人的满意度从92.7%上升为98.3%。结论人性化管理是现代医院管理的需要,人性化护理管理模式不仅能提高护理人员的主动服务意识,而且能提高病人的满意度。护理管理人性化与护理管理制度化的有机结合,更能起到管理的良好效应,达到事半功倍的效果。Objective To probe the effect of human oriented management system on nursing management. Methods We investigated and analyzed the demands of nurses, and satisfied their needs of education, manpower, training and salary. Results The consciousness of initiative service in nurses has been strengthened. The satisfaction degree of patients has been improved from 92.7% to 98.3%. Conclusion Human oriented management system is the requirement of modern hospital management. It can not only improve the consciousness of initiative service in nurses but also increase the satisfaction degree of patients.
