摘  要:以三乙胺为模板剂,拟薄水铝石为铝源,磷酸为磷源,合成过程中直接加入三氯化铁、硝酸钴、乙酸锰,水热合成了杂原子磷铝分子筛FeAPO-5、CoAPO-5和MnAPO-5,并通过XRD、IR、MAS NMR、NH3-TPD等手段进行了表征。研究发现,合成的分子筛具有AlPO4-5的晶体结构,过渡金属原子进入分子筛骨架大大提高了其表面酸量和酸强度,因而分子筛可能具有良好的酸催化性能。Molecular sieves FeAPO - 5, CoAPO - 5 and MnAPO - 5 were synthesized by hydrothermal method, using triethylammonium as organic template agent, phosphoric acid as phosphorus source, diaspore as aluminiumsource,adding FeCl3,Co(NO3)2 and Mn(CH3COO)2 directly in the course of synthesis.The products were characterized by means of XRD, IR, MAS NMR and NH3 - TPD. The results showed that the molecular sieves had the crystal structure of AIP04 - 5, and the acid quantity and intensity of the molecular sieves surface were enhanced greatly because of the transition metal atoms entering framework of molecular sieves. The Molecular sieves could have good catalytic activity.
