包钢高炉进一步提高烟煤配比试验室研究

摘　　要：根据公司进一步降低成本、提高煤比及降低焦比的需要 ,提出了进一步增加烟煤配比的实施方案。试验室研究表明 :气氛中O2 含量控制在 14 %～ 16 %以下 ,或适当再调整煤粉的粒度组成 ,可将烟煤配比增至 5 0 %～ 6 0According to the need of lowering cost and coke ratio, increasing coal ratio, the paper presents the measures of increasing bituminous ratio. The laboratory results show that the bituminous ratio can be raised up to 50 %-60 % if O 2 content is controlled to less than 14 %-16 % or coal particle is adjusted properly.
