摘　　要：吸收国内外软件工程的优秀成果和最佳实践,以 CMMI二级为基础,研究了适合中小企业软件研发的集成化支撑平台 IPDP,包括理论框架、参考模型、功能模型、支撑体系、使用技术等. IPDP 支持从个人到群体在到更大的组织逐步完善的持续改进过程,实现了企业遗留系统到 CMMI 新平台的平滑过渡和无缝集成.Absorbing excellent result and best practice software engineering and based on the second phase of CMMI, the paper studies IPDP (Integrated Product Development Platform) for Medium or Minim Enterprise including theory framework, reference model, function model, support system and enable technology. IPDP help software process to increase from person to team and organization, to transfer the old system to the new platform smoothly and seamlessly.
