摘  要: 介绍了动物子宫局部免疫系统在不同生理阶段的状况和子宫识别孕体的机理。健康、未孕的动物子宫内最主要的白细胞亚型是T淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞,这些细胞的迁移和分布明显受发情周期的影响。配种引起多形态嗜中性白细胞(PMNs)流入子宫,可以消除生殖道内的病菌和多余的精子,从而可提高繁殖性能。目前,人们主要从MHCⅠ抗原在子宫的表达和生殖道内的细胞因子两方面来解释子宫识别孕体的机理。总之,动物子宫局部免疫系统是一个新兴的研究领域,在取得初步进展的同时,尚存在许多疑问和争议。The article was about the situations of local immune system of animal uterine in different physiology (status), and the mechanism of embryo recognition. In the uterus of healthy and non-pregnant animals, T lymphocytes, macrophages and neutrophils were the prominent leukocyte cell types and their migration and distribution in the (uterus) was strongly influenced by the oestrous cycle. Insemination resulted in a influx of polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) into the uterine lumen. Once in the uterine lumen, the PMNs could phagocytize bacteria and (superfluous) spermatozoa, which improved reproductive performance. At present, two ways have been said to (explain) the mechanism of embryo recognition, which one was expression of MHC class I antigens in uterine, another was the cytokines. In general, it is a new study field with many problems and disputations, also, where some progress had been gotten.
