摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术的广泛应用和虚拟企业的迅猛发展 ,虚拟社区环境将成为企业生存的主导空间 ,“合作经济”正在转变为经济活动的主流 ,“管理人”应赋予新内涵 ,企业交易成本减少且重心转向造就核心能力的特殊性资产 ,经济学基本思想呈现出向“中国经济学”辩证复归的趋势。因此 ,有志于确立“中国经济学”主导地位的仁人志士应着力抓住机遇 ,以圆中国老一辈经济学家构建“中国经济学”之梦。Ren Xueping With the extensive application of internet technology and rapid development of dummy enterprises, the dummy environment will become the leading room for the survival of enterprises, “cooperation economy” is becoming the main current of economic activities, the “managers” should be granted new sense, the reduction of enterprise cost and the shift of their center will create the special assets of the core capability, and the basic ideology of economics is tending to dialectical revert towards “Chinese economics”. Thus, those who are willing to determine the leading position of “Chinese economics” should seize this opportunity so as to realize the dream the Chinese economists of old generation have constructed.
