摘 要:本文对种皮为黑褐色、棕色、红色、白色四种不同成熟度的种子进行了发芽力、活力比较 ,认为黑褐色和棕色种皮种子的发芽能力最好 ,提出当以健子率表示棉花种子成熟度时 ,健子率应为黑褐色和棕色种子所占供检种子的比例。同时研究证明棉花种子经过一定时期适宜条件的贮藏 ,发芽及活力状况有不同程度的提高。Compare on the germination ability and the vigor of cotton seeds with different mature degrees is given in the article, whose coat color are black, brown, red and white. The result is that the germinating capacity of the seeds with black or brown appearance is better than others. It is brought forward that when we use the rate of health seeds to express the mature degrees of cotton seeds, the rate of health seeds should be the proportion of the seeds with black or brown appearance. The experiment proved that both the germination ability and the vigor of cotton seeds would improve differently after being stored in appropriate condition for a period.
