金葡菌及L型诱导脐静脉内皮细胞凋亡的研究

摘　　要：目的比较金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)及其L型诱导人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)凋亡的差异。方法用TUNEL法及流式细胞仪检测金葡菌及其L型感染HUVECs2、4、6、8与10h后各时间段的细胞凋亡率。结果金葡菌及其L型均能诱导HUVECs发生凋亡,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);L型诱导细胞的凋亡率均弱于金葡菌(P<0.01)。结论金葡菌L型诱导HUVEC发生凋亡的能力虽较其原型弱,但其对胚胎发育的潜在致病性值得重视。To compare the differences of the induced apoptosis of the human umbilical vein endothelial cells ( HUVEC) by Staphylococcus aureus and its L forms, rates of apoptosis in HUVEC cells at different times after infection with S.aureus or its L forms were determined by TUNEL method and flow cytometry.It was found that both S.aureus and its L forms could induce apoptosis of the HUVEC cells with significant difference in the rates of apoptosis with those of the controls. However, the rates of apoptosis induced by L forms were obviously lower than that induced by S.aueus itself.It concludes that this difference in the ability to induce cell apoptosis of HUVEC cells by S.aureus and its L forms may be related to the latent pathogenicity to the S.aueus L forms on the embryonic development.
