金葡菌L型对小鼠体外胚胎发育的影响

摘　　要：目的了解金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)L型对胚胎发育的影响。方法采用植入后全胚胎培养技术,将8.5d小鼠胚胎与终浓度分别为50、100、200、400CFU/ml的金葡菌L型共培养48h后,观察金葡菌L型对胚胎生长发育和器官形态分化影响。结果金葡菌L型可影响体外小鼠胚胎的发育。50CFU/ml组胚胎生长发育指标头长和颅臀长首先受到影响,100CFU/ml及以上组胚胎生长发育指标和器官形态分化评分均明显低于对照组,并出现大心包、脑膨出、前后神经管未闭及体位异常等畸形。结论金葡菌L型对小鼠胚胎发育具有致畸性,其致畸作用可能是通过影响脏层卵黄囊功能与直接攻击胚胎的综合作用。To understand the effect of Staphylococcus aureus L forms on embryonic development. A whole embryo culture(WEC) after implantation technique was used. Embryonic development and morphological differentiation were observed after the 8.5 day mouse embryos were co incubated with S. aureus L forms (50,100,200,400CFU/ml) for 48 hours.Results showed that S. aureus L forms could block murine embryos development in vitro.In which the head length and crown rump length of 50CFU/ml group were firstly effected. The indexes of embryonic development and morphological scores in the group treated with 100CFU/ml and higher dose were significantly lower than that of control, and the abnormalities were found.It concludes S. aureus L forms have teratogenicity ,which may be a comprehensive effect on the visceral yolk sac function and embryos.
