摘　　要：观察了卡氏肺孢子虫包囊在实验感染大鼠不同5个肺叶的分布。在大鼠右肺副叶,左肺叶,右肺前叶,右肺中叶包囊数较多,右肺后叶包囊数最少,右肺后叶包囊数与其他4个肺叶相比,差异均具显著性。提示采用病原学方法检查大鼠肺组织时,从右肺副叶,左肺叶,右肺前叶,右肺中叶取材检出包囊的阳性率较高。The distribution of cysts of Pneunocystis carinii in 5 lobes of lungs of experimentally infected rats was observed by pathologic examination in the present study. It was found that the numbers of cysts were comparatively higher in lobus superior, lobus medius, lobus ancillary of pulmo dexter and pulmo sinister, but it was rather low in lobus back of pulmo dexter. The difference was significant in comparison with the other 4 lobes. This result suggests that the difference in distribution of Pneumocystis carinii in different lobes of the infected rats can be detected by pathologic examination.
