摘　　要：通过分析具有较大长径比的异型直通道模具型腔抛光中的一些抛光方法及存在的问题 ,提出利用粘弹性磨料进行振动抛光的新工艺 ,并设计相应的试验装置 ,得到了较均匀的抛光效果。Focused on the polishing of dies that their cavities are straight passage and have a large ratio of length to diameter and a profiled section.By analyzing some present technologies of polishing and their defects,a new method using the vibration of viscoelastic abrasive is introduced.The equipment is designed and the polishing tests are carried out.The polished surface has uniform roughness.
