摘　　要：分析现有电镀CBN珩齿刀的制作工艺 ,重点论述其基体与镀层的结合力及置砂问题 ,提出改进措施。Introduces the present technical process of electroplating CBN gear-honing-tool,especially discussing the binding force between nickel layer and matrix and the problem of planting abrasives,some improved solutions are given.
