摘　　要：根据医院运行的特点,提出以标准成本为依据制订诊疗项目收费标准的理念,在标准成本的基础上采用国际上惯用的按诊断相关分组确定病种费用。According to the characteristic that the hospital operates, the article put forward the idea of making a diagnosis expenses projectstandard which based on standard costs, confirm the cost of every kinds of diseases using the International practice DRGs.
