常规体外受精-胚胎移植与卵细胞浆内单精子注射临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较常规体外受精 -胚胎移植 ( in vitro fertilization and embroy transfer,IVF- ET)与卵胞浆内单精子注射 ( intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)两种助孕技术的临床效果。方法 :61对夫妻进行 61个周期 ( IVF31周期 ,ICSI30周期 ) ,比较两组每周期平均获卵数、正常受精卵数、卵裂数、移植胚胎数、生化妊娠率和临床妊娠率。结果 :ICSI组平均每周期平均获卵数、正常受精卵数、卵裂数、移植胚胎数与 IVF组相似 ( ICSI组为 9.31、6.40、5 .63、2 .71 ;IVF组为 1 0 .0 2、7.5 3、5 .91、2 .69。 P>0 .0 5 ) ;ICSI组平均每周妊娠率与IVF组相似 ( ICSI组 36.7% ,IVF组 38.7%。 P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :ICSI技术治疗严重男性因素引起的不育症与常规 IVF治疗女性因素引起的不孕症临床结果相似。Objective: To compare clinical outcome of embryos generated from conventional IVF and ICSI. Methods: 61 consecutive couples undergoing conventional IVF and ICSI therapy were studied. Data were collected from 31 cycles of conventional IVF and 30 cycles of ICSI.Fertilization rates and clinical endpoints were assessed. Results: The average age and the mean duration of infertility years of female patients were similar in the two treatment groups. There was no difference in the collected oocytes per cycle, normal fertilization oocytes per cycle and the number of good embryos per cycle. There was no difference in clinical pregnancy rates per cycle. Concusion: In this assessment, most parameters were found to be similar. The ICSI provides the essentially equal reproductive outcomes to conventional IVF.
