McKenzie力学疗法结合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探索McKenzie力学疗法结合中医推拿技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效并探讨其力学效应。方法:将71例患者随机分为试验组(38例)和对照组(33例),两组均采用中医推拿和腰椎牵引进行治疗,试验组在此基础上同时采用McKenzie力学疗法。治疗前和治疗后两组均采用日本整形外科学会腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表进行评分,并对疗效进行评价。结果:两组治疗前腰椎功能评分(试验组13.684±1.662,对照组13.485±3.001)差异无显著性意义,治疗后试验组评分(24.632±1.777)明显高于对照组(18.667±2.533,P<0.01),试验组腰椎功能改善指数(0.443±0.007)比对照组(0.281±0.119)比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:McKenzie力学疗法结合中医推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的康复疗效和力学效应。Objective:To research the clinical effect of McKenzie therapy combining with massage on lumbar disc protrusion and to discuss its mechanical effect.Method:71 patients were randomly divided into two groups(trail group 38 cases and control group 33 cases).Patients in the two groups were treated with massage and lumbar vertebral traction,while patients in the trail group were treated with McKenzie therapy in the same time.The results of pre-treatment and post-treatment were evaluated according to Treatment Results Scale of Lumbar Disease formulated by Japanese Orthopedic Association. Result:The scores for the lumbar vertebral function were of no statistical difference between the two groups before-treatment(trail group:13.684±1.662,control group:13.485±3.001).Score obtained from the post-treatment trail group(trail group:24.632±1.777, control group: 18.667±2.533),as well as the improvement index(trail group:0.443±0.007,control group:0.281±0.119),is distinctly higher than that is from the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The rehabilitation effects and the mechanical effect of combination of McKenzie therapy and massage on lumbar disc protrusion are good.
