乳腺增生Ⅰ号治疗乳腺增生病168例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺增生1号治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:运用以疏肝、活血、软坚药物为主的经验方乳腺增生1号治疗乳腺增生病168例.并以乳康片作为对照,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及钼靶X线片、近红外线扫描等方面的变化.结果:治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为81.7%。治疗组在临床症状、体征以及钼靶X线片、近红外线扫描等方面的改善均优于对照组。结论:乳腺增生1号具有调整内分泌、抑制腺体增生、改善乳腺血运的作用。Objective: To probe clinical therapeutic effect of Ruxian Zengsheng No. 1 on hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: 168 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were treated by an empirical prescription. Ruxian Zengsheng No. 1. which is mainly composed of drugs for soothing the liver, activating blood circulation, softening hard masses as treatment group. and the control group of 60 cases were treated by Rukang Tablets. Changes of clinical symptoms. signs, molybdenum target X-ray film. near infrared scanning, and so on were investigated before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92. 9(?) in the treatment group and 81. 7% in the control group. The treatment group in improvements of clinical symptoms and signs. molybdenum target. near infrared scanning. and so on was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Ruxian Zengsheng No. 1 has functions of regulating endocrine, inhibiting hyperplasia of grands and improving blood circulation of mammary glands.
