摘 要:目的 :为阐明黑面神的有效成分 ,对其地上部分进行了系统的化学成分研究。方法 :95 %乙醇提取、溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH 2 0柱色谱。结果 :分离得到 7个化合物 ,经光谱方法鉴定为aviculin [(+) iso lariciresinol 9′ rhamnopyranoside,1]、木栓醇 (friedelan 3β ol,2 )、无羁萜 (friedelin ,3)、arborinone(4)、isoarborinol(5 )、5 羟基 7,8,4′ 三甲氧基黄酮 (5 hydroxy 7,8,4′ trimethoxyflavone,6 )和 2 ,4 二羟基 6 甲氧基 3 甲基 苯乙酮 (2 ,4 dihydroxy 6 methoxy 3 methyl acetophenone,7)。结论 :7个化合物均为首次从黑面神属植物中分离得到 ,aviculin也是首次从大戟科中分离得到。Objective:To investigate the chemical con st ituents from the aerial parts of Breynia fruticosa. Method:Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purifi c ation of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by chemical evidence a nd spectral methods. Result:Seven compounds were obtained and identified by spectroscopic methods and compared with authentic samples as aviculin [(+)-isolariciresinol-9'-rhamno- pyranoside], friedelan-3β-ol, friedelin, arborinone, isoarborinol, 5-hydroxy-7,8,4'-trimethoxy flavone, 2, 4-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-3-methyl-acetophenone. Conclusion:All compounds were firstly isolated from B. genus, furthermore, avicul in was isolated from Euphorbiaceae for the first time. [
