摘  要:目的 :观察丹参黄芪配伍对实验性动脉粥样硬化 (AS)家兔血清甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)及胸主动脉低密度脂蛋白受体 (LDLRmRNA)的影响。 方法 :用高脂饲料喂养建立AS家兔模型 ,对各组采取不同干预因素 ,取材后采用酶法测定血清TG、TC、ApoAI及ApoB的含量 ,逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测LDLRmRNA的表达。结果 :与模型组比较 ,中药组血清TG、TC和ApoB含量明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,ApoAI含量显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,胸主动脉LDLRmRNA的表达明显提高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :本方通过调节血脂含量 ,上调胸主动脉LDLRmRNA的表达 。Objective: To observe the effect of astragalus membranaceus and radix salviae miltiorrhizae on cholesterol(TC), triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein AI(ApoAI) and apolipoproteinB(ApoB) in serum,low density lipoprotein receptor mRNA (LDL RmRNA) in thoracic aorta of experimental arteriosclerotic rabbits. Method: AS rabbits model was created by feeding high lipid forage and treated every group by different intervention methods. TC, TG, ApoAI and ApoB were measured by enzyme method, expression of LDLRmRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) after drawing the materials from rabbits. Results: Compare to model group, the content of TG, TC and ApoB in serum distinctly reduced (P<0.01), ApoAI in serum clearly enhanced(P<0.01), the expression of LDL RmRNA in thoracic aorta remarkably up regulated(P<0.01) in Qidan Liquid (芪丹煎) group. Conclusion: Qidan Liquid exerts its effect by regulating the content of serum lipid,up regulating the expression of LDL RmRNA in thoracic aorta.
