摘　　要：目的:分析自制试验包B-D试验的有效性。方法:将B-D测试图、1292嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞和132℃包内化学指示卡同时夹放于自制B-D测试包中央,经灭菌器B-D程序正常运行后观测结果,共试验226锅次。结果:43锅次的B-D试验图为阳性,而生物监测和化学监测的阳性结果分别为5锅次和9锅次,并经证实,43锅次的B-D试验图阳性中有38锅次为假阳性。结论:自制B-D测试包的布巾重复使用次数过多是导致B-D试验结果失真的主要因素,需对布巾的使用质量进行严重控制。Objecitve:To analyse the effectiveness of B-D experiment of the self-made test wrap.Methods:B-D test diagram,1292 thermophilic fatty bacillus germ and chemical indication card in 132℃wrap were put into the center of the self-made B-D test wrap at the same time.The result was observed and detected after the normal motion of sterilizer in B-D procedure,total experiment was 226 pots of time.Results:43 pots of time of B-D experiment diagram were masculine gender,in which the positive results of the creature monitoring and chemistry monitoring were 5 and 9 pots of time respectively.Through confirmation,38 of 43 pots of time of B-D experiment diagram with masculine gender were false masculine gender.Conclusion:Using the cloth towel of self-made B-D test wrap excessively is the main factor in causing the fault of B-D experiment results.Therefore,the usage quality of cloth towel must be controlled strictly.
