摘　　要：毕业实习和毕业论文是本科教学中最重要的实践环节 ,毕业论文是本科生综合能力的体现。针对高校毕业生就业压力大 ,求职期前移等特点 ,在毕业实习和毕业论文撰写期间 ,需要加强此阶段的管理和监督 ,使这一重要的教学环节真正落到实处 ,并达到实效 。The graduation practice and graduation theses are the most important stages of teaching because they are significant in fostering high-quality intelligentand examining the output of undergraduates education. For the problems existed in students' graduation practise a system of management of the practice and theses is advocated in the paper,by which coordination and responsibilities among students,teachers and administrators are stressed to ensure high quality of both theses and students.
