血小板活化与高血压分期、危险度分层的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨血小板α颗粒膜糖蛋白 (CD6 2p)、溶酶体颗粒膜糖蛋白 (CD6 3)与高血压分期、危险度分层的关系。方法　应用流式细胞术测定 85例高血压患者及 2 9名正常对照组的血小板糖蛋白CD6 2 p、CD6 3的百分率 ,同时用放射免疫法检测血浆内皮素。结果　高血压病组血小板CD6 2 p、CD6 3阳性的百分率显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5～ <0 .0 1) ,且随着高血压患者血压分期水平及危险度分层递增而增加 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5～ <0 .0 1)。血小板CD6 2p、CD6 3与血浆内皮素呈显著正相关 (r分别为 0 .4 1、0 .4 0 ,P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论　活化血小板标志物测定与高血压病分期、危险度分层具有显著的相关性 ,对于高血压恶化的早期诊断具有一定的应用价值。Objective To study the relationship between activated platelet membrance glycoprotein (CD62p,CD63) and the stage and stratification of risk in essential hypertension(EH). Methods The levels of CD62p, CD63 were measured by flow cytometry (FCM) in 85 patients with EH and in 29 controls. The plasma level of endothelin(ET) was also measured by RIA. Results The positive percentage of platelet CD62p, CD63 in EH patients was significantly higher than those in control P<0.05-<0.01. There were positive correlation among CD62p, CD63 and the stage and stratification of risk (P<0.05-<0.001) and the concentration of ET in EH patients (r=0.41 and r= 0.40 respectively, P<0.05). Conclusions The activated platelet is correlative with the EH stage and stratification of risk, and its measurement is useful in the early diagnosis for deterioration of EH.
