摘  要: 运用"社会养老保险收益激励模型"进行分析,可以发现,中国城镇企业职工退休时间的选择呈现出如下倾向:现行的企业养老保险制度激励职工按法定年龄退休,而不是推迟退休年龄;在条件允许时职工更趋向于提前退休。有关的调查数据验证了这一结论。In this paper, the Chinese town enterprise staff and workers retirement age tendency is analyzed in the frame of 'the social security benefit incentives model'. The system of current enterprise social insurance encourages the staff and workers to retire at legal retirement age, not to postpone the retirement age. When the condition allowed, the staff and workers incline to early retirement. This conclusion is verified by using 42 cities enterprise enroll staff and workers sample data in the 2000 year from Social Insurance Administration Center, Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
