摘　　要：论述了岳阳市丰富的自然人文旅游资源,并分析了当前岳阳市开发旅游资源的有利因素:良好的区位优势,基础设施日趋完善,旅游资源类型齐全,组织良好,区域经济背景良好,旅游需求潜力大等。也指出了旅游开发存在缺乏科学合理规划、缺少参与性旅游项目等问题。最后提出了岳阳旅游资源开发建议。It, on the one hand, discusses the abundant natural and cultural tourism resources of Yueyang City and analyzes the advantages for developing tourism resource at present, such as excellent ecological superiority and fundamental facilities, and large potentials of tourism demanding, etc; on the other hand, it points out some issues existing in tourism development, for instance, lack of scientific plan, short of participatory tourism activities. Therefore, proposal for tourism resource development of Yueyang City is put forward.
