摘  要:本文依据热力学原理,对管内空气流动传热过程,进行热力学性能分析,提出热力学能量特性准则方程。该方程依据流动和传热过程的不可逆性有用能损失概念,将传热性能和流动性能定量系统地结合,分析空气管流的热力学能量性能。在着重壁面等热流流动工况分析的基础上,又进行了壁面等温度流动工况的分析及比较。文中以圆管道内空气湍流流动的能量特性分析为例,探讨能量特性的特点,各工况参数的影响及管流过程的最佳工况参数。Based on the thermodynamic principle, this paper analyses the thermodynamic energy performance of air flow in tube on both conditions of equal wall heat flux and equal wall temperature, and presents dimensionless equations to express the thermodynamic energy performance. The equation utilizes the concept of energy (or available energy), and combines the heat transfer performance with the flow performance of air flow in tube perfectly to analyse and evaluate the comprehensive effect of the energy utilization and the thermodynamics irreversibility. The air turbulence flow in tube is taken as an example to investigate the characteristics of the thermodynamic energy performance, and to compare the thermodynamic performance difference of air flow in tube between both conditions of equal wall heat flux and equal wall temperature, and mainly to analyse the effect of some parameters, and to determine some optimal working cases.
