摘　　要：政府、社区组织、社区成员三方合作 ,经济、政治、社会文化三种资源共同支持的理论模式 ,是社区体育建设的内涵 ;基层法定的社区范围 ,是社区体育建设的区域。cooperated by the government, organizations and members of community, the theoretic concept of community sports construction is the common supporting of the three resources including economy, politics and social culture. The legal community area prescribed by the basic government is where the community sports construction to be built up.
